Are seasonal or annual parking spaces available at the Sunnbüel valley station?

At the Sunnbüel valley station in Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland, only seasonal parking passes are available: CHF 40.– in winter and CHF 60.– in summer. These can be cable car directly at the cable car valley station.
