Wild camping and spending the night outdoors are prohibited in the Sunnbüel area of the Bernese Oberland. Camping, bivouacking, and spending the night in hammocks or similar accommodations are also prohibited. Wild animals must not be disturbed at night. There is a campground at the lower station of Cable car OeschinenseeCable car Oeschinensee Kandersteg.
